Social Services Deliverance of Graham Baverstock' Care Package
The Save/Support Bridlington Hospital Campaign Group are fully & wholeheartedly in support of Mr Baverstock ; the care he needs around the clock; to deny him further will only result in his demise; I hope the people listed in this letter take note before it is too late for Graham and the inevitable happens....God forbid!!! This letter along with its detailed account is being sent to everyone on our mailing list; with a view to them supporting Mr Graham Baverstock; in his time of need!!! Support him now before its too late! The Director of Social Services Mr J Mager, and his staff are wrong in there judgement. It is true; an Animal would not be treated in this way; it would cause public out-cry!!!! Dear Mr Mager I am writing this letter as my last letter to you on the basis your description of your letter stating that you have spent a considerable amount of time this last week on my care case at considerable expense to the Taxpayer I would like to respond to this assertion with the following# Would you kindly tell everyone it was your department who created this Problem by Slashing my care solely on the point of victimization and by deception. Secondly will you please tell everyone your council spent £66000 pounds on ramps just so I could access my property and you spent £26,000 pounds on an extension to my bedroom so Carers could sleep in my front room and now your council has wasted council taxpayers money and who is now going to be accountable to the taxpayer for this loss?. Please could you also tell everyone else your council spent another £6,000 pounds on extending the kitchen and the bathroom another cost to the taxpayer that has been wasted who is going to be accountable for this loss as well? My question is ; who should lose their job for this scandalous waste The Director of Social Services or your staff members? Again could you please tell everyone why your council has wasted at least £100,000 pounds of taxpayers money for my care if I did not need it and again who is going to held accountable for this loss? Who is also going to be accountable for the expense that the Independent Living Fund Nottingham picked up as a result of your council officers asking them to supply me Care costing the Taxpayer of this country another £75,000 in care time costs that you all say I never needed. Who has picked up the costs for legal action i had to take against this council to prevent them slaughtering and savaging my care after your council lied and perjured itself in Court and lied throughout this process and I was left with no option but  try to stop your council  from carrying  out this deliberate  and victimised approach on my person and I  am aware this has cost another £50-000 pounds of taxpayers Monies. Who Mr Mager is going to be held to account for wasting Taxpayers Monies? Now! Mr Mager; who is going to be accountable for wasting Taxpayers monies of £24,000 pounds for Hospital Services that I had from the end of February 2005 to the 9th May 2005 because your department refused to provide me adequate care at home as a result of getting serious infection's; I had to be in hospital but this would not have happened if proper care would have been provided at home. Who is going to accept the blame for this Mr Mager? Then Mr Mager who is going to be held accountable for the extra costs that the Taxpayer has to pick up for my special catheters I have to use at an extra cost to the Taxpayer per year of £4,400. I would also like to know Mr Mager why the Taxpayer of this country should have to pick up another cost of £50-000 pounds to keep me in Prison because you will not provide me the basic human care need to survive at home and whilst I have my liberty I may as well now tell you and the rest of this society this is where I am going to be very shortly or indeed locked up in a special hospital costing the taxpayer even more? I also have to say to you now for there record not only have your council wasted the above costs to the Taxpayer amounting to an enormous amount of Taxpayers monies but also their are other hidden costs to the Taxpayer costing more monies and we mean council  time costs and councillors cost probably reaching another £20000 as well. Now Mr Mager, will you resign and take Don Rhodes with you or will you sack your Social Services officers  in Bridlington who are totally incompetent and who have lied all the way through this abusive regime and remit you have placed on my person in denying me care I need. And Mr Mager did your council not say to the High Court; my care plan was not set in stone  this was January 25th. But in reality it is for you have not moved a single inch of providing me a care plan to meet my need but only based on your needs and you have disregarded all approaches and appeals from me Councillors and others including doctors to increase my care time because I need it for basic human care need and survival  yet by your wanton waste you are prepared to waste Taxpayers monies on anything else either to shut me up or have me put away what a waste of resources. Could I also enlighten you that I attempted to contact Eileen Dean On Monday last week not available on Tuesday I tried again 3 times not available on Wednesday I again tried not available on Thursday Don Rhodes stated he instructed Eileen Dean to contact Councillor Bob Tress - did she answer - NO. The only person's denying me care is yourselves and its because of your actions in depraving the basic human care to disabled person's like me that all these costs are escalating so when you tell me your talking to others about my care at a cost to the Taxpayer remember its your departments fault not mine, for if your department had not slashed and committed perjury and lied to everyone in the process of halting my care none of these costs would have occurred to the Taxpayer so please do not accuse me to save your faces and your total incompetence. And just to repeat in case you and your council are totally beyond the bounds of common sense, you have 1 week to replace  my care to me  to meet my basic human care needs based on my need not yours or your lying council officers need if by next weekend you have not moved then the door will be closed on my care needs for ever and a day and the prison authorities will have to look after me for ever. Because I will have no option but to commit a crime so I can be cared for as I cannot survive any longer in this dire situation at  home without care so far I have respected Law and Order but I am afraid I will have to break the law just so I can be cared for because under your control I am left to die and I am being neglected through your Council's Social Services abuse on my person in the community by wanton neglect.
